LICENSE AGREEMENT

 - The Personal Event Collection data set (PEC) is available for non-commercial 
   research and educational purposes only.
 - PEC consists of images from Flickr which are not property of the Federal 
   Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ). Any use beyond scientific fair use 
   must be negotiated with the respective picture owners according to the Yahoo 
   terms of use [1]. In particular, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, 
   sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of 
   the images and any portion of derived data.
 - We make no representations or warranties regarding PEC, including but not 
   limited to warranties of non-infringement or fitness for a particular 
   purpose.
 - You accept full responsibility for your use of PEC including but not limited 
   to your use of any copies of copyrighted images that you may create from PEC.
 - You agree not to further copy, publish or distribute any portion of PEC.
   However you may provide research associates and colleagues with access to PEC 
   provided that they first agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 - You agree to anonymize all persons if an image is used for illustration.
